For dog and cat issues call:
Today I had 3 calls with flying squirrels running around peoples houses and 2 bats flying around. I picked up 2 opossums in cages. he customer wanted to get rid of the skunks and the opossums were denning up with the skunks. Opossums will often times nestle right in with the skunks and they do get sprayed from time to time. We blocked the hole with a board so they could get out but not in. The customer was concerned we
were taking animals that were not living under the shed and just passing by. I had told him if the board was pushed out then we would know that there were more living in there. Solving human animal conflicts is not about taking as many animals as you can, it is about solving their problem. If you trap with getting paid as much as you can without any regard for the customer then that isnt fair to the customer. I like to treat people the way I want to be treated.
Texas does host several species of venomous snakes. Most bites occur when people try to catch or handle these reptiles.
Animal Control Opossum trapping and Animal Control opossum removal is less dangerous than most other wildlife control, it is still not for everyone. The opossum is part of the kangaroo family. Animal control will not catch the bat for you if it is in your house. You have to do it, which was not fun. Animals are then humanely extracted and moved to a more appropriate location, such as shelters, sanctuaries or wild life preserves.
Animal carcasses are another source of odor. Skunks present a whole other dimension in odor problems. Animal Control Dallas is a professional, fully licensed and insured, wildlife and pest control company servicing the greater Dallas, TX area. We perform all facets of pest control, and specialize in the humane removal of unwanted wildlife from homes and commercial properties. Animals have a keen sense of smell and will come inside to help themselves.
Animals without their fur can stump a lot of folks because fur/hair is the identifier most humans use for mammals. As for the color of the eyes, that is simply normal eye shine for a raccoon. Animals destroy electrical wiring, phone, cable, computer lines and security systems. Wildlife can also be carriers of disease such as rabies, distemper and many other serious diseases. Animal bite injuries occur in the United States in more than a million cases per year, a number
that probably only represents 25% to 50% of all incidents [2 ]. Herman et al report even more cases with an estimate of 3.5 million cases per year [1 ].
Animals tend to get used to intense light and noise. Once they realize that it won’t hurt them, they’re not scared anymore.
Snake inspections, snake fencing, and snake traps. All nuisance animals and wildlife are identified, trapped and removed safely and humanely from your property. Snakes can also be a problem, particularly where young children and pets play. In other areas you may find problems with non-migratory Ducks and Muscovy Ducks making a mess on sidewalks, driveways, and landscaping.
Squirrel in your attic. Squirrels are also very common inside attics, and are most active during the daytime, particularly morning and evening. Raccoons also often choose to live inside the attic, and will rip a hole right through the roof or into the eaves in order to gain access. Squirrels do occasionally die in unusual places and they must be removed as soon as possible. We do inspections under the house and inside of the attic to figure out whats going on and how
to solve the .
Squirrels in attics or in chimneys are a common problem in Fort Worth. Squirrels won't get hurt on the battery powered models as long as you don't have any brick walls, concrete statues, or concrete birdbaths in the immediate vicinity for them to get knocked out on. When we first put ours up, I had no idea how far these feeders could fling a squirrel so I did back up a concrete birdfeeder.

Dear TIm,
I very much enjoyed speaking with you on the phone about the animal problem in my ceiling. You not only explained how your company works, but the fact that you close up any potential entry areas and guarantee your work made me feel I had chosen the right company.
Your technician, Russell, politely called ahead to let me know when he would arrive within the time window we had predetermined. Upon arrival, Russell surveyed my raccoon and squirrel problem, then explained to me how he was going to handle it. He was very thorough and maintained phone contact with me to keep apprise of the situation. Additionally, he made several trips back to check the progress and then finish the
job.
He also pointed out that my kitchen exhaust had no cover on it, and he took care of that issue as well. Which was very helpful, because I would have felt awful if I had accidentally smoked a nest of baby birds.
Thank you for your service. I will certainly recommend your company to anyone I know who has a wild animal control animal issue. Thank again.
